We offer a sliding fee scale based on customer income, because everyone should be able to get the help they need without breaking the bank. Our fees are based on your annual household income before taxes:
Household income | Repair fee per item |
Up to £14,999 | £15 |
£15,000 to £29,999 | £18 |
£30,000 to £49,999 | £24 |
£50,000 to £74,999 | £30 |
£75, 000 and up | £36 |
These fees do not include any replacement parts we need to purchase to complete repairs. If we need to purchase parts, we will email you before we do so to get your permission. You will need to reimburse us for these expenses and pay your repair fee before we arrange return of your item.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which allows you to pay by credit or debit card, directly from a UK bank account, or with digital wallet services from Google, Apple, PayPal, and Revolut.
And finally, our most important policy: If we can’t fix an item, you don’t pay.
