The collection of all of the data listed above is necessary to perform our repair services contract with you, since without this data, we cannot:
- Accurately determine the fee for your service on our sliding scale.

- Arrange for the safe pickup and return of your item.

Therefore, the provision of this data is a contractual requirement, and we are unable to enter into a contract to provide services if you do not provide it.
